Half-day Staff Training (4 hours)

$400 (held Mon-Fri)

Initial Program Consulting with Director/Admin & walk through of facility

(Includes a follow up email of the consult with all suggestions and resources)

Staff Coaching  (by age group or teams)

5 Full Days of Observation & Consult

(Includes staff observation and break downs, staff interviews, one-on-one director consult, and full school improvement plan)
