The BRIDGE

I am an early childhood educator who is passionate about children, their learning environment, and fostering a child's spiritual formation. After over 30 years working directly in the field of Early Childhood as both a teacher and director of programs, God opened the door of opportunity to mentor teachers and directors to BRIDGE Christ into their programs and be all God called their program to be.

I love working with teachers to help them rekindle their teaching passion, further their growth in classroom management, and help them dig deeper into developmentally appropriate practices. I have a desire to see programs thrive and feel blessed when I can guide directors with licensing, staffing, program management, and to bring Jesus alive in their programs.

A brief synopsis of my work

~Opened 2 successful preschool programs in Jacksonville and Orlando

~Directed 7 preschool programs both full-time care and half-day preschool

~Staff training on a variety of topics including Bible and spiritual formation

~ Aided schools in transition of leadership and opening programs

~Taught preschool for ages 3, 4, VPK and Elementary grades Kindergarten, and 2nd grade
